We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in the healthcare services sector. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will support our finance and operations teams throughout the proposal and contract process. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing proposal data, enhancing processes, reviewing pricing models for new business, analyzing contracts before finalization, generating contract-related reports, entering budgets for new ventures, and ensuring a smooth transition between sales and operations finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage pricing models for new business opportunities and requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Prepare and oversee status reports for ongoing pricing initiatives.
- Evaluate Pro Forma and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) models for new capital projects.
- Identify key financial and operational performance trends through detailed analysis.
- Build and refine financial models, conduct financial statement reviews, and perform ad-hoc analyses to inform strategic decisions.
- Generate and implement budgets for new business units.
- Assist with financial reporting of capital expenditures and project budgets.
- Review and assess contract drafts, creating and managing processes to track key financial metrics within contracts.
Qualifications:
- Ability to adapt quickly to new concepts and work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex business and financial challenges using dynamic financial models.
- Excellent analytical abilities in interpreting and evaluating intricate data sets.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and various data systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional business demeanor.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build cross-functional relationships.
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering preferred; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a related role preferred.
