A Fairfield Classic Italian staple is looking for an Executive Sous Chef! If you love to coach and teach your teams and present great food for either a casual craving or a luxurious date night - this is your next home ! This role can quickly become an Executive Chef role!

Executive Sous Chef Requirements:

• Experience is classic Italian cooking
• Experience managing a team
• MUST be able to speak with Spanish teammates
• 3 Years of similar experience
• Willing to learn
