Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Admin Assistant / Office Manager to provide direct support to the CEO and other C-level executives. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications and relationships with the Executive Team. You'll coordinate executive outreach efforts, oversee special projects, and occasionally assist with personal matters.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, complete expense reports, and prepare confidential correspondences. Arrange complex travel plans and compile documents for travel-related meetings.
Issue Management: Research and prioritize incoming issues addressed to the CEO, determining the appropriate course of action or response.
Communication Liaison: Facilitate smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal departments, maintaining credibility and trust with senior management.
Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships that contribute to the organization's success and prioritize conflicting needs efficiently.
Office Management:
Maintain office operations by organizing procedures, controlling correspondence, and designing filing systems.
Ensure office efficiency through planning and implementing effective systems and layouts.
Coordinate events, including investor meetings and team-building activities, while preparing and managing the office budget for supplies and events.
Board Support and Liaison:
Serve as the CEO's administrative liaison to the board of directors, assisting with travel arrangements and maintaining confidentiality in all interactions.
Senior Management Liaison:
Act as an adjunct member of the Executive Team by assisting in scheduling and facilitating meetings, including building agendas and taking minutes.
Communications, Partnerships, and Outreach:
Utilize strong writing skills to edit and complete drafts for communications to stakeholders, including speeches, blogs, and editorials.
Act as the editor for communications from the CEO and senior leaders, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and social media platforms.
